  • Expanded Search Function: Searchable across all the content to find exactly what you need. Simply search, drag and drop objects into Revit. User-defined object tags allow you to identify objects according to your preference.
  • Automatic content update service delivers new SMARTBIM families and types, including manufacturer specific and generic objects.

QTO Cost Check
A super quick, easy and early cost estimator - a unique tool in the building industry. With a single click, Cost Check utilizes RS Means® costs database to produce a rough estimate on the project, giving the you an idea of the project's costs.
  • Customized Costings and Editing Ability: Because we understand how many variables exist in cost estimating, each line in Cost Check is fully editable, and you can easily add or delete line items. Override generated costs with manual costs or map to an underlying RSMeans assembly unit costs.
  • Provides an accounting of the Objects and Assemblies in your project. Run multiple estimates for design options and alternatives to facilitate "what-if" scenarios.
  • Export the takeoff to Excel and PDF for the entire project of specific Revit categories. Estimates can be shared with team members; even non-Revit user can open and edit the takeoff files.
  • Supports Revit 2011 and 2012 and network license enabled.
