Beginning August 31, 2019, Autodesk will end support for versions 2010 and earlier and ask that you upgrade to a supported version. You may continue to use your product if it is already installed, but Autodesk will no longer provide support, including re-activation, for these versions.
Autodesk supports all current versions of their software, plus those listed on the Previous Version Eligible Product List
for subscription or maintenance plans. In most cases, this is the 3 previous versions.
Being on a supported version of Autodesk software means you can:
- Resolve issues quickly through on-on-one support for technical questions and activation needs
- Increase productivity with the latest software updates and hot fixes
- Reduce the risk of downtime due to technical or security issues
