Clarity Cloud has a new Hybrid option that can process all tasks in the cloud via Autodesk apps, however if you need support for large models or additional integration for AI software such as Navisworks or Autodesk Model Checker then contact us to find out if the Clarity Cloud Hybrid option is right for you.
The traditional, on-premise Clarity has been developed over 10 years. It has over 60 types of tasks and many features.
Clarity Cloud is a newer product, so its feature set is more basic – but will grow quickly. Running tasks in the Autodesk Cloud has several significant restrictions today around Cloud Models, network access, and the ability to access add-ins (such as the Navisworks exporters), but these restrictions will also evolve over time.
We are now offering the Clarity Cloud Hybrid option which has the ability to access add-ins such as Navisworks in the cloud and on-premise.
Here are two suggestions:
No, you will be billed only for the time the project is active.

Support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time via the IMAGINiT Support Desk.
Clarity Cloud's NEW Hybrid option enables small and mid-sized AEC firms to strategically split the automation of tasks for Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD projects between cloud and on-premise workstations. This latest addition to the Clarity family provides more control by harnessing the power and control of on-premise Clarity task servers while keeping the IT management simple by using Autodesk Cloud Services.
Clarity Cloud Hybrid offers unparalleled flexibility in distributing workload between on-premise and cloud-based machines, optimizing performance, to improving cost control and more.
You provide your own Autodesk license and hardware for work to be executed on-premise.
Improve your project effort by automating tasks and focus on more demanding issues.
